1/3-1/2 Onion
1/2 Tomato (optional)
1 Cup of Italian Dressing
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Peel cucumbers and onion. Slice cucumbers, onion and optional tomato and put into a bowl. Add in garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper. Now add the desired amount of Italian dressing. Usually comes to be about one cup or so. Mix altogether and chill. Serving Size: 4
*I don't like tomatoes, that's why they're optional. They are easy to eat around, my parents always add them in!
**This goes great with pretty much anything, it's super easy and it makes me feel healthy. I like to make a big batch and eat off of it for days!
