3 Cups Oil for frying
Put oil on medium heat. Shake up pancake batter as directed on the bottle. Have a plate with a few paper towels ready on the side to put the hot fritters on. Pour batter into ice cream scoop, then drop batter into hot oil. Let fry on both sides until golden brown, then take them out and put them on the plate. Put sugar or powdered sugar on after fritters they cool.
*Use a ketchup or mustard squirt bottle to make funnel cakes!
**You can also use this as a batter for fried oreos, twinkies, and other unhealthy snacks! YUM!
