An Introduction!

Hey readers and fellow students! Just wanted to say a few things on the first post!
First, I do live in a small house, so I have my own little kitchen and stove, oven, etc.
If you live in an apartment, this blog is totally your style!
Here are a few key things you should have to cook!

-A skillet: My favorite skillet is Stainless Steel, I got in on sale from Walmart for $9.

-A Pot to boil stuff in: Mine is a hand-me-down from my mom. I acquired most of my cookware from family, so ask around! Free pots and pans are awesome!!!

-Spatula, tongs, whisk, kitchen spoon: I prefer stainless steel. It's good to have a teflon spatula too though.

-Baking pan

-Cutting Board

-Kitchen Chopping Knife

-Can Opener

Just look for deals at Wal-mart, TJ Maxx, Ross, places like that! It's dumb to buy this stuff full price when you can find them on sale. Usually kitchen utensils are fairly cheap at places like wal-mart. Don't forget a few tupper-ware pieces (I HATE Tupper-ware, but you will need it if you have left-overs.) Also, ziploc bags, tin foil, and paper plates are good too. I hate washing dishes so I use paper plates... I don't have a dishwasher. :(

Hope this helps!
